Die sunk on 152 x 201mm card, typed "Approved November 23, 1922" and signed by Postmaster General Hubert Work, blue control no. 1184457 on back, radiant color, Very Fine and rare, we have not offered another example since 2004, with 2007 P.F. certificate, Scott value as unsigned proof, accompanied by a photocopy of a letter from Hubert Work stating this and other proofs were prepared for presentation to President Calvin Coolidge
