Mint N.H., clear oveprint in top margin, deep rich color, attractive centering and marginsVERY FINE. AN EXTREMELY RARE MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE CUBA 10-CENT SPECIAL DELIVERY ISSUE WITH FIVE DOTS ABOVE THE MESSENGER'S HEAD AND SPECIMEN OVERPINT.
The Dots in Curved Frame above Messenger variety comes solely from plate no. 882. This is the only Mint N.H. example we have offered of this rare "Specimen" overprint since keeping computerized records 30 years ago.
