Complete set of 12 with original envelope reading "One Set of Specimens of United States Postage Stamps, Newspaper and Periodical", nine without gum including most high vales, 10c, $10.00 and $20.00 straight edge at bottom, few small flaws including $2.00 couple short perfs, overall Fine-Very Fine set, scarce as only 125 were produced and particularly desirable with the envelope which is seldom encountered, ex "Whitpain"
