10c-20c 1888-1925 Special Delivery, "SPECIMEN" Black Handstamped Ovpt. (E2S, E6S, E14S). Unused (no gum), a couple small thin spots, Fine-Very Fine appearing and desirable group from the postal archives of Bechuanaland, these emerged in a Siegel sale in 1978 and most then reposed in the inventory of the late Irwin Weinberg until it was sold by Siegel in 2016, each with 1977 B.P.A. certificate
