Bold "Specimen" overprint, central thin spot, appears Fine, an extremely rare example of the Type H overprint on the 1869 issue which may well be unique, the Scott listing was only added in recent years after the last time we offered this stamp, to date no other 1869 denominations are listed with the Type H overprint, ex Fekete, with 1978 P.F. certificate
