Die sunk on 115 x 136 mm card, with embossed National Bank Note Co. garter at bottom, bright color, some foxing mostly on card and not affecting stamp design, appears Very Fine, a rare large die proof with manuscript "Specimen", with 2007 P.F. certificate, Scott value as normal 63P1
