VERY FINE APPEARING AND EXTREMELY RARE EXAMPLE OF THE ONE-CENT 1851 ISSUE WITH "SPECIMEN" OVERPRINT.

It has been reported that only a few examples of this "Specimen" overprint are known. However, this is the only example we have offered in at least 30 years and we have not encountered another.
