2c Brown Violet, Columbian, Broken Hat (231 var). Top imprint and plate no. 167 block of six, each stamp the Broken Hat variety, original gum which the accompanying P.F. certificate calls Mint N.H., however there are reinforced perf separations between pos. 2-3 which we believe knock it out of the Mint N.H. category, rich color, top left stamp natural gum crease, still Very Fine, with 2018 P.F. certificate as Mint N.H.
