Block of four, fresh original gum with no apparent hinging but we detect some very slight perf strengthening in a few holes from the front, which we believe will knock it out of the Mint N.H. category on a certificate, deep rich color, single slightly short perf at right of top right stamp, faint pencil notation on gum of top left stamp
