Mint N.H., mathematically perfect centering with unusually wide margins, deep rich color and proof-like impression, Extremely Fine Gem, an exceptional stamp, with 2004 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100; SMQ $1,000.00), this is one of only two at this perfect grade -- the highest awarded -- we are not sure what the SMQ value is based on since the other Gem 100 realized $2,200 hammer in Sale 1206 in 2019
