Mint N.H. joint line pair, well-centered, fresh and bright, Very Fine, this centering is equivalent to Extremely Fine for many other rotary press coils, ex "Clipper City", 2010 P.S.E. certificate no longer accompanies, with 2017 P.F. certificate (VF 80), by comparison, the P.S.E. Population Report lists only one line pair graded higher than 80 (at 85)
