VERY FINE AND CHOICE. AN EXTREMELY RARE CENTERED, SOUND USED PAIR OF THE 2-CENT VERTICAL COIL, SCOTT 386. THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST WASHINGTON-FRANKLIN STAMPS IN GENUINELY USED CONDITION.

We have offered only a handful of used pairs or line pairs of Scott 386 during the past 30 years. While a couple were sound, none were comparable to the pair offered here in terms of overall centering.
