Without gum as issued, pretty shade, well-balanced margins, Extremely Fine, with 2004 P.F. and 2011 P.S.E. certificates (XF 90; SMQ $625.00), in our opinion this is undervalued in SMQ, the last two we offered brought over SMQ, only two grade higher (at 95 and 95J) and five others share this grade
