Part original gum which covers the entire back and is better described as original gum, deep rich color on bright paper, wide margins, Very Fine, with 1986 P.F. certificate which also states "with perfs as shown in the photo" (this old phrasing is no longer used and it is uncertain why the P.F. used it for this stamp)
