Horizontal pair, large margins to just in, tied by Philadelphia circular datestamp and red Philadelphia exchange office datestamp (unclear dates, possibly May 1856) on cover with Artificial Leg Manufacturer's blue cameo corner card addressed to London, England, design notes "World's Exhibition Medal Awarded", Liverpool transit and receiving datestamp, Very Fine, prosthetic manufacturers' corner cards are rare--they are especially unusual before the Civil War, when business was a-boomin' due to field hospital amputations--ex Dr. LeBow, with 2005 and 2012 P.F. certificates
