Horizontal pair from Plate 1E, right stamp with small break in top outer line qualifying it as Type IIIa, large margins to just in at bottom, deep Plate 1E shade, tied by partly clear strike of Cleveland O. circular datestamp on patent agent circular with corner card to Waterford N.Y., Very Fine, the 2c circular rate is scarce and may have been applied for distance if calculated over 500 miles (it is 480 miles)
