Jan. 29" (1857) circular datestamps, red "New York Am. Pkt. Jan. 31" circular datestamp on cover to France, "GB/40c" Anglo-French accountancy handstamp, French entry datestamp ties one 3c stamp as does "5" decimes due handstamp (10 centimes to Great Britain), seven separate backstamps, repaired at top left but 1c pair is complete, few other small edge nicks or tears, otherwise Fine and colorful, a rare American Packet 1857 "Three Months" use (only eight sailings during the period)
