Oct. 7" (1856) circular datestamp on blue printed Prices Current with additional note to Antwerp, Belgium, red "New-York Br. Pkt. Oct. 15" circular datestamp, carried on the Cunarder Africa, departing New York Oct. 15 and arriving Liverpool Oct. 27, transit and receiving backstamps, British manuscript "1/" one-shilling debit marking, Belgium framed accounting handstamp with manuscript rate division in decimes, some slight edgewearFINE. THE ONLY RECORDED 5-CENT 1856 ISSUE COVER TO BELGIUM.
