Oct. 15" circular datestamp, carried on the Cunarder Africa, departing New York Oct. 15 and arriving Liverpool Oct. 27, transit and receiving backstamps, British manuscript "1/" one-shilling debit marking, Belgium framed accounting handstamp with manuscript rate division in decimes, some slight edgewear

FINE. THE ONLY RECORDED 5-CENT 1856 ISSUE COVER TO BELGIUM.

A total of 14 pence was due from the recipient, of which one shilling went to England. Ex Mayer (book, p. 142). With 2006 P.F. certificate
