B Relief, huge margins to ample including part of adjoining stamp at left and right interpane margin with full guideline, neat strike of Belgian accountancy framed handstamp cancel, light vertical crease at left, Very Fine appearance, a very unusual cancel, only one cover is known to Belgium (lot 319), it also bears this marking but not near the stamp, ex Mayer (book, p. 27), with 2006 P.F. certificate
