Jul. 4" circular datestamp and faint red New York datestamp, red "FRANCO" handstamp (fully paid), receiving backstamp ties block in corner, cover with some soiling and minor wear, Fine appearing and striking cover, large blocks of the 3c 1851 are rare on transatlantic covers, this was franked for the 30c rate by Prussian Closed Mail
