Full margins to barely in at right, cancelled by red grid and used with 3c Dull Red, Type II (11A), miniscule margin tear at top is barely detectable but mentioned in anticipation of a new certificate, tied by red grid cancel and matching "Kensington Pa. Feb. 17" circular datestamp on lady's diminutive embossed cover to West Chester Pa., the embossing is very elaborate with a beautiful pattern of lace, overall Extremely Fine, a stunning small cover with the 3c 1851 and Eagle Carrier used from Kensington, with clear 1998 P.F. certificate
