3c Dull Red, Type II, Private Roulette Perforation (11A var). Positions 49-50L2L, horizontal pair, long sawtooth perforations at bottom and straight edge other sides including huge interpane margin at right with centerline, "Washington D.C. Dec. 11" circular datestamp, tiny tear at top left, Very Fine appearance, very little is known about this private perforation, it was originally part of a horizontal strip of four, illustrated in Chronicle (May 1975, p. 80), ex Alexander and "Lake Shore", 2002 P.F. certificate declining opinion no longer accompanies
