Aug. 28" (1851) circular datestamp on folded letter to London, England, light strike of "21" cents handstamp for credit to the United States for carriage by American packet, manuscript "1/-" shilling due, carried on the Collins Line Baltic from New York on Aug. 30, arriving Liverpool Sep. 10, London Sep. 11 backstamp, Very Fine, this was underpaid and the stamp was disregarded, uses of the 3c Orange Brown to England are scarce
