Position 2R4, huge margins to just barely in at upper right ornament, neatly cancelled by town datestamp, gorgeous Plate 4 color and early impression, Very Fine and choice, Plate 4 Type II stamps only come from the top row where they show full ornaments at top, mirroring the bottom row where the rare Type Ia stamps have full plumes at bottom, ex Hansen, with 1984 and 2002 P.F. certificates
