1c Blue, Type II, Plate 3 (7). Position 6R3, huge margins to just in at left including part of adjoining stamp at right, tied by cork cancel, "Westchester Pa. Dec. 8, 1856" circular datestamp on local cover forwarded to Washington D.C., stamp also tied by "FREE" handstamp, light cover scuff at top left, still Fine, probably a unique use from Plate 3, forwarding postage was free as this was sent to a member of Congress
