VERY FINE. THIS IS THE ONLY RECORDED EXAMPLE OF ANY DENOMINATION OF THE "W. INDIA" EMBOSSED REVENUE STAMP. ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT BRITISH COLONIAL EMBOSSED REVENUE STAMPS IN EXISTENCE.
