Seven singles, used with an additional $24.55 on Indenture between Rensselaer and Saratoga Railroad and the Delaware and Hudson Canal Co. dated March 1, 1871, affixed to six different pages of the 31-page document, includes an inventory of the railroad with locomotives and cars appraised at $1,026,967.00, also attached is sheet with eight different Vermont town or counties "Received for Record" handstamps dated between Dec. 1941 and March 1942, one stamp split from file fold, another with scotch tape stains, others with small faults, splitting along folds also reinforced with scotch tape, still Fine, a rare and impressive document with seven examples of the $200.00 First Issue Perforated, Scott value for the seven $200.00 stamps alone $5,950.00
