Oct. 10 1:30PM 1902" circular datestamp with a different Oct. 10 cancel struck at right, minor corner bends as usual and light crease touching the McKinley portrait at bottom, still Very Fine and very rare in used condition, a Power Search review found only a handful of others offered in our sales since 1995
