Used block of four, vivid color, attractive margins and centering, lightly cancelled by purple Star in Circle fancy cancel and duplex 1879 datestamp, scissors-separated perfs at bottom but intact, fresh and Very Fine, an extremely rare used block of this issue, Power Search located only one other and it has faults and a smudged cancel, with 2017 P.F. certificate
