1c-90c 1890-93 Issue, Small Die Proofs on Wove (219P2, 220P2-229P2). Complete set of eleven on original card backing from a Roosevelt presentation album, also including an original envelope labeled "United States Postage Stamps, Issue 1890" -- which was used to distribute the P4 card plate proofs but still makes a nice collateral item for this small die proof set, brilliant colors, Extremely Fine, only approximately 85 albums were produced, with 2019 P.S.E. certificates, most of which are graded Gem 100 (unpriced in SMQ), the certificate for the 1c states "remounted on a new card backing" -- it is precisely the same card as all the other Roosevelt proofs so we are at a loss how they know this
