EXTREMELY FINE. A FRESH AND BEAUTIFUL SET OF 1869 PICTORIAL ISSUE SMALL DIE PROOFS FROM A ROOSEVELT PRESENTATION ALBUM.

Only approximately 85 albums were produced.

Each with 2018 P.S.E. certificate with several grading between XF-Superb 95 and Superb 98, plus one Gem 100 (30c). Proofs unpriced in SMQ
