1c Blue, Ty. IIIa (8A). Plate 4, horizontal pair, both with wide break at top and complete outer line at bottom, dark color, huge margins to touched at right with part of adjoining stamp at top right, "Mobile Ala. Jul. 15" circular datestamp, some red ink offset on back of left stamp shows thru very faintly at left, still Very Fine and attractive Plate 4 pair, with 1974 P.F. certificate
