1897 Universal Postal Congress Overprints (246S-O thru 278S-O, E5S-O, J38S-O thru J44S-O, PR114S-O thru PR125S-O). 34 stamps mounted on album pages, including complete sets of the 1c-$5.00 Bureaus (original gum, mostly h.r. or some disturbance), 10c Special Delivery (no gum), 1c-50c Postage Due (no gum), and 1c-$100.00 Newspapers (no gum), the latter two with original envelopes, Fine-Very Fine, only 125 sets of each were produced, Scott value without premium for the two envelopes, which are seldom encountered
