5c Panama-Pacific (399). Mint N.H. wide top plate no. 6133 block of six, deep rich color, better centering than normally encountered -- the two right stamps are GemsVERY FINE-EXTREMELY FINE. A STUNNING AND EXTREMELY RARE MINT NEVER-HINGED WIDE TOP PLATE BLOCK OF THE 5-CENT PANAMA-PACIFIC PERF 12 ISSUE. THIS IS THE FINEST PLATE BLOCK WE HAVE OFFERED IN AT LEAST 30 YEARS.
The 5c Panama-Pacific Issue is very rare as a wide top plate block. A Power Search review found several wide bottom plate blocks, as well as some standard top plate blocks, but this is the only wide top plate block in Mint N.H. condition we have offered since at least 1993. This is a true condition rarity.
