Mint N.H. top arrow, double plate nos. 8493/8492 and two "TOP" block of twelve, brilliant colors, unusually choice centering throughout, approaching the Fast Plane variety with vignettes shifted strongly to the left, though not quite touching the Carmine frameline, small hinge sliver in selvage, Extremely Fine, scarce with such choice centering and with the noticeable vignette shift
