EXTREMELY FINE APPEARANCE. A BEAUTIFULLY CENTERED EXAMPLE OF THE RARE 12-CENT 1861 FIRST DESIGN. ONLY 15 OF THE 16 RECORDED EXAMPLES ARE AVAILABLE TO COLLECTORS.
