Mint N.H. top imprint, plate no. 542 and letter "L" block of twelve, color is rich but just slightly oxidized, attractive margins and centering, some perf separations in selvage above imprintFINE-VERY FINE. A RARE MINT NEVER-HINGED PLATE BLOCK OF TWELVE OF THE 1888 4-CENT CARMINE AMERICAN BANK NOTE COMPANY ISSUE.
