Our census of Scott 192, available at https://siegelauctions.com/census/us/scott/192 , contains 27 examples, including one in the Miller collection owned by The New York Public Library, leaving 26 available to collectors. Of these, only eleven are reported to be sound. The example offered here, centered to bottom but with perfs clear and in completely sound condition, is a very desirable example of this issue.
