We are aware of three complete sheets of the 70L2a Gahagan & Howe City Express issue. One of the three has stains and a nick and the other has creases reinforced with hinges, along with small breaks in the paper (ex Hall). This sheet is the finest condition of the three.
Ex Chapman (pencil note indicates acquisition date in 1895), Boker and Golden. Scott value for four 70L2a pairs and singles, without premium for blocks.
