Williams' City Post, Cincinnati O., 2c Brown (9LB1). Three full to large margins, just touched at bottom right, straight horizontal tear in upper part of stamp, appears to be tied by manuscript lines on brown cover to Maj. H. Schley but the accompanying P.F. certificate states stamp did not originate, but we disagree, manuscript "2 cts" at upper right, Fine appearance and rare either on or off cover (if this is removed from the count of covers, only five are recorded), ex Golden, signed Sloane, with 2000 P.F. certificate as described above, Scott value for an off-cover stamp $4,000.00
