Honour's City Post, Charleston S.C., 2c Black on Yellow (4LB7). Variety with Pearl 18 turned left, ample to large margins, red crayon "X" (not tied), red "Charleston S.C. Mar. 27/10" integral-rate circular datestamp on blue folded cover to Baltimore, docketed 1850 on flap, Very Fine, the "Honour's/City Post/2 Cents" typeset stamps were the first of the small rectangular issues after the oval first issue, they are found on yellow and bluish pelure paper, the Lyons census (Penny Post, October 2007) lists 14 covers with 4LB7, ex Boker and Golden
