Honour's City Post, Charleston S.C., 2c Black on Yellow (4LB7). Variety with Pearl 18 turned left, huge margins, cancelled by five manuscript lines, red "Charleston S.C. Apr. 6/10" (1850) integral-rate circular datestamp on blue folded letter to New York, fresh and Extremely Fine, very rare, the "Honour's/City Post/2 Cents" typeset stamps were the first of the small rectangular issues after the oval first issue, they are found on yellow and bluish pelure paper, the Lyons census (The Penny Post, October 2007) lists 14 covers with 4LB7, ex Hessel and Golden
