Baltimore Md., 1c Dark Green (1LB4). Type 7, margins touching except at bottom, cancelled by manuscript cross strokes (not tied), properly used with 3c Brownish Carmine, Ty. II (11A), mostly ample margins, tied by grid cancels, "Baltimore Md. Jun. 19" (1852) circular datestamp on blue folded letter to New York City, Fine and rare combination, also an early use of the Green stamp -- Denwood Kelly speculates that the Red and Green were issued first (in 1851), followed by the Blue in 1853, but a supply of Green stamps remained on hand and was placed into circulation in later years (dated covers seem to follow this pattern) -- ex Hessel and Golden
