10c Yellow (116). Natural straight tedge at right, used with 1c Buff (112) and 3c Ultramarine (114), tied by grid cancels, "Council Bluffs Ioa. Oct. 25" (1869) circular datestamp on buff cover to Lund, Sweden, 1c also tied by red boxed "Hamburg Franco" handstamp, scarce type of red "4 Cents" handstamp applied at Chicago foreign-mail office for service beyond North German Union, receiving backstamp, carried on the HAPAG Allemannia, slightly reduced at bottom and missing small part of bottom flap, 10c tear and crease at upper right and some soiling, otherwise Fine, a colorful franking paying the 14c NGU Direct rate to Sweden, Michael Laurence records only two covers to Sweden with the 1c-3c-10c combination, Ex Dr. Heimburger
