Dec. 2?" circular datestamp and manuscript "10" rate, Very Fine, Webster was not served by Hale, only four incoming letters are recorded by Gutman, three were put into the U.S. mail at Norwich or Worcester, Hale probably lost money on these letters since there was no way to collect upon delivery
