PLE-HS2) clearly struck, no rates indicated, faint pencil street address added for delivery, Very Fine, an interesting conjunctive usage, Pomeroy evidently delivered mail in Albany for the other Independent Mail companies, illustrated in Gutman Hale book (p. 322), ex Schwartz and Dr. Puliafito
