Rich color, toning as usually found on genuine Panama-Pacific proofs, small thin at top right and tiny pinholes in corners, Very Fine appearance and rare, Panama-Pacific proofs were found in envelopes with several of each denomination contained in each envelope, the characteristic toning comes from long-term storage, only three to five of each example were printed, with 2006 P.S.E. certificate
