Clear strike of examiner's circular handstamp on orange-buff buff cover to Covington Ga., 3c Rose (65) tied by target and by "Columbus O. Nov. 10" double-circle datestamp, used with 10c Blue, Die A (11), huge margins and affixed with large piece of sheet margin (creating a hinge), tied by "Richmond Va. Jan. 13" circular datestamp, manuscript routing instructions "By flag of Truce via Fortress Monroe Va." at bottom, backflap missing, tear at top into markings but clear of stamp, 10c stamp soiled, otherwise Fine, ex Walske, with 2000 P.S.E. certificate calling the 10c "faulty"
