Nov. 19" (1861) circular datestamp on grocer and commission merchant's blue cameo corner card cover to Nutbush N.C., cover restored at top where it was roughly opened but not affecting stamp, which also has a bit of soiling at bottom, otherwise Fine, with 1998 C.S.A. certificate noting only the cover repair, Scott value $2,500.00 without premium for corner card
