Lorenzo Lyons at Waimea, Hawaii, manuscript "Paid 14-1/2" rate, addressed care of an address in New York, slight soiling along vertical file fold, still Very Fine, the 14-1/2c is an enigmatic rate, it appears the post office allowed prepayment of 12-1/2c rate plus 2c ship captain's fee
